Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Business Development Representatives are to drive business growth for the companys wireless broadband products and services as an alternative to traditional VSAT products and services used in the Oil and Gas industry through strategic business planning; managing the sales pipeline; managing the sales process; negotiating and closing sales; defining marketing and support requirements and the development and managing and management of the respective sales channels, both direct and in:
direct.
This role is a salary plus commissioned role.
Skills /
Qualifications:
- A proven and visible track record to reach assigned sales targets.
- Excellent commercial skills with an ability to think creatively in order to mature sales opportunities.
- A high level of self:
motivation and enthusiasm and capable of working within a team environment.
A positive team attitude and willing to comply with the company policies and procedures.
- Must have good business and personal judgment, be knowledgeable about each customer and have the ability to motivate each distributor.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills essential.
- High understanding of MS office (all applications) - Travel 30:
40 Base pay 70:
100k per year with earning potential to 225k per year.
