Overview:
Marathon Oil is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor.
This position will play a critical role in the operation of Marathons Eagle Ford Shale Asset, where the Company holds substantial net acreage and is executing aggressive growth and development plans.
Responsibilities:
:
Ensure operating and regulatory compliance procedures are followed (and lead development of new procedures as required) by Company and contract personnel in order to maximize the value and efficiency of existing operation.
:
Work closely with Construction and Maintenance personnel to prioritize the maintenance of existing infrastructure (facilities and pipelines).
Goal is to ensure safe, clean, responsible overall operations to support the successful business model.
:
Plan and coordinate future operational events.
Communicate the plans and results to team members and management.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
5 years experience in well operations (gas lift, plunger lift, pumping units) and workover/well intervention.
Previous supervisor experience in onshore oil and gas production operations and field optimization highly preferred.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office products, SAP, Management of Change system, TOW Certifications:
