4K a year 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for assisting facilities with staffing shortages, maintaining and expanding professional relationships with all college programs related to the skilled nursing industry.
The Corporate Recruiter will assess organizational strategic plans and develop recruitment strategies with the Recruiting Manager to meet short and long-term hiring goals and achieve successful delivery of recruitment targets.
The Recruiter will report to the Corporate Recruiting Manager.
Will allow for remote work / work from home but must be able to travel to the Greater Houston area for some day and overnight trips up to 30%.
Assist with identifying quality candidates to fill open positions at the corporate office or within any of 66 skilled nursing facilities as assigned by the Corporate Recruiting Manager.
This person will be working closely with hiring managers in determining position qualifications and reviewing potential applicants.
The Recruiter will engage in various recruitment best practices that will serve the best interest of the facility in reducing the number of open positions.
Responsible for planning of recruiting campaigns and targeting, contacting, and qualifying candidates for any given facility as assigned.
The role requires a high level of professionalism, organization skills, and attention to detail, and excellent grammar and communication skills The Recruiter will also be responsible for engaging in campus recruitment throughout our regions.
This includes but not limited to:
LVN/RN Programs, CNA programs, Healthcare Administration programs, and other career fairs deemed appropriate by the Corporate Recruiting Manager and/or the VP of Human Resources Recruiters are responsible for a variety of duties associated with full-cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, administering pre-employment assessments (if needed), interviewing, and accurately logging candidate information into our applicant tracking system and other recruiting reports.
The Recruiter is responsible for maintaining our ATS database and performing quality checks on facilities he/she is assigned Other Responsibilities also include writing and developing creative advertisements, social media posts on LinkedIn, and creating online positions on various external sites such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Craigslist, and Indeed.
This position will develop and foster a network of contacts through job boards, referrals, professional groups, colleges and universities, social networking sites and community events.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the Corporate Recruiting Manager and/or VP of Human Resources Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline is highly preferred Associate degree or some college coursework is required A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Human Resources professional is required At least one year of knowledge in HR basic principles and talent sourcing is required Must be willing to travel to facilities as needed including some overnight stays Proficient in MS Office, to include strong knowledge of Microsoft office productions to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
MUST reside in Victoria or Houston , Texas or surrounding town.
