The Hospital Administrative Director Quality will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve the quality of patient care and safety throughout the hospital.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement quality improvement plans Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Monitor and analyze data related to patient outcomes and quality metrics Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify and address areas of improvement Provide leadership and education to staff regarding quality improvement initiatives Requirements include:
