Demonstrate proficient skills using Oasis to admit, transfer, re-certify, and discharge home health patients in regards to physician orders.
The RN candidate will be able to Case Manage and coordinate with LVN' s and HHA's in the delivery of patient care.
Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures.
Be familiar with the Conditions of Participation 2023 regulations for Home Health.
Must have:
Be a registered nurse (RN) with a current license.
Minimum of one year of home health nursing experience as a RN Work positively and favorably with patients, families, and staff.
All employees will be required to wear N95s.
Fit testing will be performed upon hire.
