Responsibilities Include:
Answer incoming phone calls, takes customer orders Maintains open communications with patients/clients and referral sources Responds to patient/client questions and problems Services walk-in customers Assists in preparing driver routes, logs route changes and driver communications Sets up new patient/client files.
Verifies private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid coverage Pulls and keys orders into computer Accepts cash sales using cash register Experience/Knowledge Previous data entry experience Typing and 10-key skills Excellent phone and customer relations skills Experience with ICD-10 codes preferred Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
