AOS Rental, a leading oilfield equipment rental company in South Texas, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our extensive range of oilfield equipment rental solutions.

Responsibilities:
1.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the South Texas oilfield industry.
2.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
3.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including oilfield operators, drilling contractors, and service companies, to understand their unique equipment rental requirements and provide tailored solutions.
4.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of rental equipment to customers.
5.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of competitors.
6.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, pricing trends, and potential areas for expansion.
7.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value and benefits of our rental equipment.
8.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
9.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
10.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and revenue forecasts, using CRM systems or other designated tools.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the oilfield industry or related field.
3.
Strong knowledge of the oilfield market in South Texas, including an understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
4.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with customers at all levels.
5.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
6.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
7.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
8.
Willingness to travel within the South Texas region to meet with customers and attend industry events as required.
9.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
