We are seeking a Regional General Manager for the Texas Coastal Bend and surrounding Houston and Austin areas.
This position offers relocation assistance.
Future relocation opportunities for this position could include Corpus Christi, Austin, and Houston.
Starting base compensation advertised, dependant upon experience, and includes a monthly travel stipend, use of a company vehicle, and healthcare benefits.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee regional operations, including goals, profit & loss, and business development Help to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional business goals and objectives Lead and supervise a team of managers and employees to ensure efficient operations and performance Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions Become SME in order to manage and navigate multiple systems between counties, courts, and jailers to assess and manage charges, court dates, and set bond costs Become a SME on all bonding processes in all counties Deploy electronic monitoring systems Attend court proceedings and assist in navigating the court procedure process Liaise with local law enforcement and county court employees and officials Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Participate in community events and opportunities Other duties as required Required Skills and
Experience:
Strong people management and leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective plans Strong business skills and/or intuition Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to supervise and mentor a diverse team of employees Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for process improvement High integrity and confidentiality Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Extraordinary attention to detail Strong computer skills, including GSuite and MS Office Exceptional customer service skills Bilingual a plus, but not required Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
