Bail Bond Hotline of Texas is looking for an applicant that can perform the duties of an Office Manager and Social Media Expert.
BBH has 3 openings - Full-Time, Part-Time, Night & Weekends.
The applicant will be trained to organize and coordinate our clients' needs and perform administrative duties.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Your duties and responsibilities include all office functions and maintaining our social media accounts, maintaining client relations, scheduling meetings and appointments, greeting clients and providing general administrative support to our employees and satellite offices.
Previous experience as a Data Entry/Social Media Expert specialist is a must.
A successful Data Entry specialist should have experience with all programs of MICROSOFT SUITE and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
Responsibilities Serve as the point person for our Data Entry/Social Media Expert Maintain all Social Media applications Schedule meetings and appointments Keep all files updated and purged as needed Must be able to adequately handle busy phone system Organize office operations and procedures for the Data Entry position Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Ensure that all clients are invoiced and paid on time Provide general support to clients Skills Excellent verbal communication skills.
Bilingual in English & Spanish a must Applicant must type 50 WPM Proven experience as an Data Entry Manager.
Bail Agent duties will be taught and certified Knowledge of all Social Media applications Applicant must past a background check Knowledge of office responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Points, in particular) Hands on experience with office machines (e.
g.
phone systems, fax machines and printers) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Self-motivated and must be confident in your Data Entry Managerial skills Job Types:
