Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team.
As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment for children under your care.
Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the well-being of the children, and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a daycare or preschool setting - Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment - Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary using effective behavior management techniques - Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of each child in your care - Follow all health and safety guidelines, including administering first aid when needed - Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and daily activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with childhood development stages and milestones - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing situations - Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not required
