Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling and analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts - Prepare financial statements and reports for management review - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations -Pay and file monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Support month-end and year-end close processes - Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Quicken - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Note:
