Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and providing a high level of customer support for company services.

Responsibilities:
Interacts with customers via telephone, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
Sets up and maintains customer accounts.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' issues and concerns.
Fields customer questions and complaints; forwards to appropriate staff when issues are beyond the representative's knowledge.
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Coordinates information between customers and operations staff Processes customer payments and assists with invoicing.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Service-oriented with problem solving skills.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
