SLP needed ASAP DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED UNIVERSITY PRIMARILY OUTPATIENT ADULT AND PEDIATRIC, WITH ACUTE AND INPATIENT COVERAGE WHEN NEEDED PLEASE INCLUDE PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSION MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY The Speech Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred for Speech therapy services. Responsibilities include:
assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, documenting and modifying treatment programs; communicates speech recommendation with caregivers, participates in discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education; participates in administrative duties and Performance Improvement; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.
