Administrative Assistant 5 x 8 Days Along with general administrative tasks, the role would specifically require proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:
Document Creation and Formatting:
Create, format, and edit documents, reports, memos, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and other platforms.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to organizational standards.
Email and Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage email correspondence using Microsoft Outlook.
Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and maintain calendars for individuals or teams as required.
File and Records Management:
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality, accessibility, and proper version control.
Apply appropriate naming conventions and folder structures for efficient retrieval of documents.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, assist with meeting coordination, preparation of meeting agendas, and taking meeting notes.
Requirements:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Prior experience in administrative support roles preferred.
The job involves creating and managing knowledge articles within the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
The primary responsibility is to convert high-quality content that contributes to the organization's knowledge base from a word document into a digital platform.
The individual will organize the knowledge articles within the AcceleratorKMS system, ensuring they are appropriately categorized and tagged.
This allows users to easily discover and access the relevant information they are seeking.
The successful candidate will maintain a high degree of personal safety and environmental awareness at all times.
This positions requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a safe, efficient manner.
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing is also required.
