Essential Functions:
Entering transactions, balance sheet account reconciliations and financial statement preparation for clients Assist with monthly and quarterly bookkeeping for clients Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for federal and state agencies Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual state sales tax returns Prepare annual Form 1099s Requirements:
Extensive experience in entering transactions, payroll processing, reporting and overall compliance Quickbooks experience a plus Time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently Knowledge seeking with a willingness to learn
