Responsibilities:

Works closely with asset management in developing and executing both well specific and project level strategies to achieve maximum efficiency in reaching well objectives and maximizing value.
Ensures proper planning and alignment between implementation, project, and commercial teams.

Recognizes and focuses on opportunities that create the best value.
Uses completion team to conduct operations in an efficient manner, applying the most suitable technology and techniques.
Recognizes and engages internal and external technical support to optimize plans and resolve operational challenges.

Works with the local commercial team to secure suitable and cost effective equipment and services for project execution.

Establishes and ensures meaningful working relationships with co:
workers, contractors, regulatory personnel, and landowners.

Establishes clear expectations for performance and development of company completion personnel.
Gives timely, specific, and meaningful feedback.
Recognizes traits required to achieve long range goals and objectives and makes personnel decisions accordingly.
Encourages others to seek different and innovative approaches to problem solving.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelors Preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of completion and or/well intervention experience.
Production experience with artificial lift equipment a plus.

Computer Skills:
MS Office Suite; Well control certification from an accredited IWCF or WellCAP organization a plus.

Certifications:

Time Management:
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at one time is required.
