Skills & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Drives overall Sales Enablement strategy development, in conjunction with the Sales Executive Team Creates production and delivery plan for above and executes on its delivery Creates, organizes and conducts sales training sessions.
Facilitates formal and informal presentations to senior management, sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate.
Keeps informed of new training methods and techniques.
Administers sales training programs to the organization s sales trainees and personnel.
Will manage sales training and communications employees Requirements:
Minimum of 2
years Sales Enablement management experience in a related technology field Familiarity with multiple learning delivery vehicles; Instructor Lead, On-Line and Self-paced Perks and Benefits Great work environment and awesome co-workers.
