Duties &
Responsibilities:
Leadership and management of local IT Service Desk team in Dallas.
Transformation of the Employee Experience by demonstrating thought leadership, and innovation with regards to Service Transformation & Maturity.
Reporting of KPI s and SLA s for Service Desk delivery in collaboration with international Service leaders.
Hiring, training and performance management for the Service Desk team.
Management of shift scheduling and staffing in support of a Global support model.
Proactive approach / strategy development towards improving MTTR & MTBF metrics for core services and infrastructure.
Skills & Requirements Skills/
Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology, or comparable qualification from a relevant discipline Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Staff Management experience (3
years), with performance management / development planning experience.
Dynamic and fun, with a proven track record for innovation and thought leadership.
Proven ability to leverage systematic troubleshooting methodologies to solve complex cross-functional problems.
Excellent written/oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
